Stud Owner hereby agrees to the following conditions:
1. Take normal adequate care of bitch (if applicable).
2. Have the stud dog in good physical condition.
3. Provide all relevant health testing to breed. Including semen count, and viability testing (once a year).
4. Sign litter registration promptly and return to bitch owner (if applicable).
5. Provide a return stud service of the same dog to the same bitch within one year, if no pregnancy results from the mating or if less then two live puppies result from pregnancy, at no charge.
a. To receive the return service, the bitch owner must notify the stud dog owner of failure to conceive, in writing by veterinarian within 30 days of the due date.
b. If the original bitch is no longer a part of the breeding program, stud service at no cost will be provided to a different approved female within the same program within one year.
c. If the stud is no longer available for whatever reason and no other stud is available then the stud owner will refund the stud fee, minus $500.
d. To receive the return service, the bitch owner must show recent (within 3 days) progesterone testing.
6. Provide the bitch owner with a written receipt for the stud service and a record of the breeding dates (if live cover).
7. Have the right to decline live cover if the bitch is overly aggressive due to risk of the stud and or handlers. At such times, AI can be offered by Stud owner or veterinary collection and then those fees for the type of collection used are applicable.
8. A 500.00 deposit is due to reserve the use of Stud for a future date.
